Brampton SC is pleased to be hosting a series of four coach development workshops to share the club’s Grassroots Framework. At the conclusion of the four workshops, all BSC coaches will receive the grassroots framework resource package to help support their delivery with our young players.

Workshop #1 – Grassroots Philosophy & Role of the Facilitator
Date: Saturday March 6th, 2021 at 11am

Aim: This introduction workshop will cover the philosophical pillars behind the grassroots framework and the core role that facilitators provide towards creating the right environment

Workshop #2 – Developing Technical Habits
Date: Sunday March 7th, 2021 at 11am

Aim: Discuss the 8 Technical habits that progress throughout the framework and the competencies we target to teach through effective session design

Workshop #3 – Game Principles & Small Sided Soccer

Aim: Provide an overview on the Game Principles for the Grassroots U4-U12 pathway and how those principles are applied within Small Sided Soccer
