Cyle Larin began his soccer debut with the Brampton Youth Soccer Club (BYSC), winning the title for 2007 Ontario Cup Champions Under 12 with the Brampton A Battlecats. Cyle plays as the forward for Süper Lig side Beşiktaş, as well as the Canadian national team. He was the first pick of the 2015 MLS draft and broke the record for most goals scored by a rookie in his first MLS season, earning him the MLS Rookie of the Year Award.
